Beauty in the Pot offers hotpots that are as literal as they could get. Combining the essence of health and beauty in a pot, their hotpots will not only nourish your body but also ensure that your skin will become healthier as well. You may choose from the six nourishing soup bases available, and partner with the fresh ingredients that are prepared artfully by Beauty in the Pot’s team of chefs.

The hotpot ingredients here are much pricier compared to your usual hotpot restaurants in Singapore, offering US Wagyu beef, Angus prime ribs, and even a large Boston lobster. But if you ask us, they are worth every dollar – so filling, delicious, and healthy all at the same time! Also, make sure that you do not miss out on the Signature Homemade Fish Tofu, which is exclusively available at Beauty in the Pot and boasts true melt-in-your-mouth goodness.

You haven’t had a true hotpot experience in Singapore if you do not know about City Hot Pot. We especially like how the restaurant is single-pax and saliva-conscious friendly, meaning that you can get a set hotpot just for you to devour. There’s no judgment though if you decide to get a 2-pax serving all for yourself – you deserve it. Of course, you can add more ingredients to your liking since City Hot Pot is also known for the massive variety in their hot pot add-ons. Choose from the 12 soup bases, 19 sauces, plus a whole lot more of seafood, meat, and vegetable selection. What’s also great is that the restaurant is designed like an open kitchen – customers will all sit in a circular ‘bar’ while the chefs are inside, directly serving freshly prepared hotpot ingredients at all times.

Specialising in beauty collagen soups, Tsukada Nojo is the best hotpot restaurant if you want something unique yet delicious at the same time. Don’t be surprised if you get a hotpot that’s jelly-like in texture – simply wait for it to melt down before enjoying a creamy nourishing broth. On top of the beauty benefits, we love Tsukada Nojo because they only use special Japan-raised organic chicken, the “Jidori”, which tastes amazing. And what better way to enjoy organic chicken broth than pairing it with freshly harvested organic vegetables?

Cheesy beef balls, sweet corn balls, pork and celery dumplings – Upin Hot Pot definitely does not fall short when it comes to handmade hotpot fix-ins. Not to mention the variety of choices on their seafood, meat, and vegetable selection as well! Furthermore, Upin Hot Pot understands how it can get difficult to pick a broth of your choice every single time you dine in a hotpot restaurant. Hence, it offers hotpots with one, two, or three soup combos. You no longer have to rack your brain too much from choosing on their selection of aromatic soups, but we highly suggest that you try their signature tomato and comforting herbal chicken broths out of the 11 choices available.

10. Tanyu, for delicious fish in a hot pot

Tanyu

Tanyu does not exactly offer your typical hotpots. Instead, this restaurant is known for grilled fish in different soup bases. You can mix and match sea bass, Qing Jiang, and limbo fish into the soup bases, then add more vegetables and skewers to make them healthier. Though, it does not matter if you only have fish on your pot since the soup alone is very slurp-worthy. Just make sure that you choose a soup base with the spice level that’s more appropriate for you!  If you can’t handle your chilli that much, try their grilled fish with green pepper.
