We were in the good hands of the team from the Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel throughout our entire wedding banquet journey - from the initial planning, actual wedding lunch reception and our stay at the hotel, it was smooth and pleasant.

Special mention of Ms Gerrayn Chia: We were touched by Gerrayn’s service. She was always warm and friendly, responsive and accommodating. We are so thankful have Gerrayn to see through everything for us.

The food and services during the actual wedding lunch reception was good too. We were initially worried that the food quality would drop on the actual day but Wan Hao restaurant did not disappoint. My guests also gave feedback that they were satisfied with the attentive and prompt service during the lunch reception. Thank you Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel :)

I recently held my solemnisation dinner at Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel and is extremely fortunate to have Ms Debra Quek as our coordinator throughout for this important day of ours. She is exceedingly good at what she does and gives the best necessary advices/recommendations. Most importantly, even though it was just a very simple intimate dinner, she made us feel very welcomed and at ease at every step of the way. With her patience and professionalism, everyone had a pleasant evening and I would not have done it any other way. We are very pleased and satisfied with how the evening turned out especially when Debra had only about a month to put everything together for us .The whole process from the start to the end was very smooth, straightforward and quick unlike other hotels that I have enquired. I made a call to enquire about the package that i saw on Marriott’s website; Debra immediately wasted no time and emailed me on confirmation for site viewing. After speaking to Debra on the day of site viewing, we knew that we will definitely be in good hands so we made deposit on the day itself. Debra was also very understanding and empathetic. She knew we had a lot of other things on our plate since everything was quite rushed and assured us that she got us covered so that we could go get other stuffs settled. There wasn’t a slight tinge of frustration or annoyance from Debra despite multiple alteration of plans on our end . All in all, we were immensely contented with the Hard work of Debra. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is intending to tie the knot.

Last but no least I would also like to thank Daphne and her team for putting tremendous effort into ensuring everyone was well taken care of throughout the evening. We had a little accident in between but she handled it very well and professionally.
