If you have read my other buying guides you will know by now that Powerpac is my favourite go-to brand for budget picks. While I do not expect it to last a decade, most of my Powerpac devices are pretty reliable and does what it promises. This is the cheapest toaster oven in Singapore on the list. You get all the standard features you need (a timer, power indicator, metal rack and baking tray), but what surprised me was that this Powerpac toaster goes one step further. It has 2 quartz heating elements positioned at the top and bottom. With the power dial, you can determine whether to have top heating, bottom heating or both. At $35.90, I honestly did not expect to get this feature.

The 10-litre capacity fits a standard size pizza, making it ideal for toasting and light grilling or baking. The 60-minute timer also allows you to cook foods that require a longer time without having to reset the timer.
