The team went above and beyond to create a magical atmosphere for us, setting up a breathtaking surprise that truly exceeded our expectations. As we stepped into our hotel suite, we were greeted with the most delightful sight – hundreds of balloons in every corner, accompanied by charming decor. It was an absolute spectacle, and we were truly touched by the thoughtfulness and attention to detail displayed by the staff. Our little kids also appreciated the lovely surprise and had loads of fun playing with the balloons. 

We also want to give a special shout-out to the exceptional housekeeping team at Rixos Premium Dubai. Their prompt and attentive service truly made our stay memorable. We were definitely impressed by their hospitality throughout our time at the hotel.

Truly one of the best ones we have ever tried! The sushi, sashimi, and unagi were all top-class. Super fresh and decadent!
