Our favourites were the flavourful Sayur Urap, Sate Lilit and the succulent Udang (prawns) with Sambal Mata, and of course, the main highlight – Babi Guling (suckling pig). We even got to try creating desserts like ice kacang and chendol, with fresh ice shaved on the spot by one of their kind staff. Also, as you dine under the stars, there will be traditional performances like Balinese dance, live gamelan music, the iconic Barong dance, and the main highlight – a thrilling fire dance. Everything was amazing, making this night a really unforgettable experience that you shouldn’t miss.

Try your hand at making Ketupat, a traditional dish of rice wrapped in a woven palm leaf pouch, representing unity and thankfulness. Guests can also participate in Gebogan making, a stunning ceremonial offering composed of stacked fruits, flowers, and sweets, often used in temple rituals, which is then followed by a blessing ceremony.

One morning, little Aaron even said that the “The fishes are hungry—I have to feed them!” before we headed out for breakfast. To top it all off, you will be serenaded with lovely Gamelan music throughout your meal, which is a really refreshing start to your day.
