Guests can explore a variety of apparatuses, from aerial hammock and silks to hoops and trapeze, all under the guidance of a British aerialist with over 14 years of gymnastics coaching experience and 5 years of specialized training in aerial arts.

Hard Rock Hotel Maldives also offers martial arts lessons such as Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, MMA Training, and Functional Training. All classes can also be held as private (for a fee), individually, for couples, and for families.

This class is suitable for all ages and get your swim wear ready for the next activity in the pool just after! There’s also an aqua gym, a full-body workout blending water resistance with music-driven moves. It helps improve strength, coordination, and muscular endurance, suitable for all fitness levels.

Another standout experience during our stay was undoubtedly padel tennis by the beach. Recognised by Condé Nast Traveller as one of the most spectacular padel courts in the world, you get to play padel with the stunning Indian Ocean as your backdrop, while coconut palms sway gently in the breeze. Although open from 7am to 11pm, go for a sunset match, the golden glow over the ocean is absolutely breathtaking! Other daily beach games include beach soccer and volleyball, available daily at 5 pm.
