Enjoy everything Bali has to offer and more in Le Méridien. In this article, we will share reasons why you should stay here for your next family trip to Bali.
7 Fascinating Experiences at Le Méridien Jimbaran Bali
1. Float around in a lagoon-style pool
Picture yourself effortlessly floating along a tranquil lagoon, leaving all cares behind. Life could not get any better than that! Especially when you are with your kids. At Le Méridien Jimbaran Bali, family bonding is much more special as you can freely roam around its 13,993 square-foot lagoon-style swimming pool using floats and pool noodles.
Beyond the main pool, the resort offers exciting water features that entice kids and adults alike. Imagine swimming up to a waterfall bar or delighting in playful water fountains along the pool’s edge! Sometimes, the resort’s staff even organise little pool games to ensure that everyone’s having a grand time at the resort. There is also a Kids Pool for the little ones who want to splash around instead.
2. Always be ready for a swim with lagoon-access hotel suites
The pool at Le Méridien Jimbaran Bali is so inviting that you may find it hard to resist spending all your time in the water. We understand and feel the same. You can be one step closer to achieving just that if you decide to stay at one of the resort’s Aqua Studio Suites, which offers direct lagoon access. Meaning, you can just go to your balcony and jump right into the water! This feature is especially convenient when travelling with kids who are eager swimmers, and you can easily bring them back to the room without worrying about them catching a cold. Not only does the Aqua Studio Suite offer this unique access, but it also provides ample space to comfortably accommodate guests. It is the perfect blend of convenience and luxury.
If you do not want lagoon-access rooms, Le Méridien Jimbaran Bali offers a variety of accommodations. Each villa and suite is appointed with stylish furnishings, mini-fridges, premium beddings and private balconies, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Some hotel suites even have deep soaking tubs ideal for romantic getaways. Though for the best views, the Aqua Pool Penthouse is a great option. The penthouse offers unparalleled vistas of Jimbaran, creating a breathtaking backdrop right outside your hotel suite.
3. Create unforgettable memories with your little ones
In addition to its inviting lagoon-style pool, Le Méridien Jimbaran Bali features a dedicated Kids Club designed specifically for the little ones. There are lots of toys and activities that you can do here with your little one! Also, the whole aesthetic of the resort is so vibrant and colourful that even your kids will appreciate it. It is like experiencing the essence of Bali in a delightful and family-friendly setting. Even the hotel lobby had toys that our little Ally loved!
4. Have an amazing dinner at Bamboo Chic, the resort’s in-house restaurant
Bamboo Chic at Le Méridien Jimbaran Bali offers an innovative culinary journey filled with vibrant Asian and local Bali flavours. This all-day dining destination offers a delightful combination of delectable buffets and à la carte options, all set against the backdrop of an open kitchen. Their dinner options are pretty great; we had Pork Ribs, aromatic Thai Prawn Yellow Curry, and so on. We must say that the standard is good!
Delicious dinner at Bamboo Chic
In the mornings, Bamboo Chic serves a lavish breakfast buffet with a diverse selection of delicious options. From authentic Indonesian fare to freshly baked bread, croissants, and Danish pastries, there is something to satisfy every palate. We particularly appreciated the wide range of coffee and juice options available to complement your meal.
After dinner, you can cap off the night with a drink or two at Sky Bar. You will not only get drinks here but also get to enjoy a breathtaking view of the beautiful Jimbaran Bay. Yes, the beach is just a few minutes away from Le Méridien Jimbaran Bali, so you can see the golden sands and stunning blue waters of the bay right from the rooftop of the resort. Sunset is also a great time to stay at this rooftop bar!
5. Explore Jimbaran Bay for seafood
Of course, no Jimbaran trip is complete without sampling their seafood. As the beach is just a few minutes away, be sure to drop by and spend your afternoon soaking up the sun before treating yourself to a seafood feast sourced fresh from the area’s renowned traditional fish market. Along the beachfront, a string of bars and restaurants await, offering a delightful array of local dishes prepared with the day’s catch.
Aside from the beach, you can also explore nearby tourist attractions that showcase Bali’s rich heritage and stunning landscapes. You can even ask the hotel staff to arrange your tours for you!
6. Try ceramic painting at Jenggala
As the entirety of Le Méridien Jimbaran Bali is enveloped with stylish art, you can also try creating an artwork of your own at Jenggala. You can purchase your preferred ceramic tableware and decorate it to make it uniquely your own! This is such a fun activity that is perfect for everyone, and the best part is that it is not too expensive.
When you check-in, the hotel staff provides you with a cultural leaflet that you can use as a voucher at Jenggala. You will find that on the sleeve of your hotel bed, which you can then redeem the voucher from the helpful staff at the hotel lobby. The voucher gives you IDR 150,000 off, which is the price of painting a small clay item at Jenggala. If you want to paint a bigger clay pot like we did, you can just top it up a little. We enjoyed our experience so much and spent around 2-3 hours happily painting on our pots, so we highly recommend that you try this as well.

For those who truly want to relax, you may do so at Le Méridien Jimbaran Bali’s very own Serenity Spa. Choose from a comprehensive menu of treatments using plant-based ingredients, including facials, massages and body wraps, and rejuvenate your mind and body. We assure you – the massage from there is legendary, and you can even ask them to tailor the massage to address specific areas where you need relaxation and relief. Really recommended!
Le Méridien Jimbaran Bali also has a Fitness Centre with free weights, treadmills and stationary bicycles. This is perfect if you still want to maintain your fitness routine while on vacation.
When it comes to a family vacation, you can never go wrong with a stay at Le Méridien Jimbaran Bali.
