A spectacular sight blessed by Soori’s nature that you have to witness with your own eyes.

The Carpaccio Di Manzo Pepato, with its tender beef tenderloin slices bursting with exquisite flavours, proves to be a delectable delight. Another culinary highlight is the Terong Balado, a fried eggplant dish that offers a divine and unforgettable taste sensation. For those who crave the flavours of Indonesia, the Ikan Sambal Matah is a must-try, while the Sate Ayam showcases familiar satay flavours reminiscent of our home country. Above all, make sure to save room for desserts like the refreshing Es Cendol and the crispy Pisang Goreng.

In line with their eco-friendly practices, Soori Bali also has a yearly turtle release activity held on the beach. Sadly, we arrived a month too early for this special event. It would have been an amazing opportunity for our kids to witness and learn about baby turtles up close.

Hummus, Moroccan Egg Shashuka, Mie Goreng Mamak, Parma Ham with rock melon carpaccio (this is Joce’s absolute fave as she ordered it for 3 days straight!).

For lunch, Cotta serves Asia’s favourites, while dinner highlights authentic Indonesian cuisine from across the archipelago with a strong Balinese focus. 

In the afternoon, Soori Bali’s newest addition to its tasting experiences, The Reading Room, is the place to be. This exquisite lounge brings Indonesia’s finest teas and single-origin coffees, sourced freshly from the best gardens in the country.
