Enjoy Private Dining on the Cailendra Terrace
When celebrating special occasions like your honeymoon or anniversary, you hope for things to be as perfect as they can be. Nongsa Point Marina & Resort has it covered with a perfect combination of romantic ambience, delicious food and warm service. The private dinner on the Cailendra Terrace is an exclusive experience for lovebirds, and is a great way to surprise your other half.
During our visit, I climbed an elegant white spiral staircase before stepping foot on a private balcony that was atop the resort and overlooks the sea. It was a beautiful spot to enjoy a dinner at! With the mesmerising sunset sky as our backdrop and the calm ocean waves as our soundtrack, we indulged in a delicious 5-course dinner. The resort staff later surprised me with a bouquet of roses and brought us a bottle of champagne to celebrate with. With their meticulous service, they made me feel incredibly special. We later on discovered a fun fact that the Caildenra Terrace was a photo shoot scene for Asia’s Next Top Model!
Private dining for a 5-course dinner starts from is IDR960,000 nett/couple (S$98).
Tuck into a feast at the Marina Food Street on Saturday
Every Saturday evening, the resort transforms their beachfront promenade into a food haven for their weekly Marina Food Street. This got me really excited because nothing gets more fun than a food fair!
The Marina Food Street features multiple live cooking stalls, a dining area and even a live band for great music and feasting. We enjoyed the vibrant and lively atmosphere as we tucked into the authentic and mouth-watering local delights. Our favourite dishes were the Indonesian Laksa Cibinong and Mediterranean Grilled Tandoori Chicken. Absolutely scrumptious!
A Sunday Roast by the poolside, with delicious meat fresh off the grill
The lively food feast on Saturday at the beachfront promenade left me feeling satisfied, but Nongsa Point Marina & Resort takes it a notch higher with their Sunday Roast.
The Sunday Roast features poolside dining, lovely live jazz music and deliciously grilled meat. The chef carved up some of the most amazing Prime Australian Roast Beef that I have tasted. The meat was succulent, piping hot and instantly melted in my mouth. The Sunday Roast dining experience was indeed sensational, and I found myself craving for more when I got back!
