Interior designers are familiar to many of us. Like a wedding planner who arranges your wedding timeline and vendors, an interior designer creates a functional living space for you. The work of interior stylists in Singapore, on the other hand, is similar to the work of wedding stylists – they transform your home into a tasteful, stylish, and beautiful space. To put it another way, make it Pinterest-worthy. In this issue, we discover 6 Popular Interior Stylists in Singapore, whose expertise is in transforming homes into gorgeous spaces.

2. Arete Culture, for luxurious interiors
The list of interior stylists in Singapore would not be complete without Arete Culture, a company that specialises in providing fast, affordable and fuss-free home renovation services. Caroline and her team have transformed more than 600 homes since 2010. Due to this, they have been awarded Houzz Best of Awards 2016 – 2019, Expat Living Readers’ Choice Awards 2018 – 2019, and have been featured in many print and online publications. They also have an extensive portfolio of stunning interiors that showcase their mission to create beautiful, functional homes that homeowners feel inspired by and comfortable living in. Many clients also praise their professional work and impeccable service on Houzz, where their projects have been starred over 10,000 times.
Moreover, the team excels at efficiency, as most projects are completed within an afternoon, with larger homes taking up to two days to complete. 3. StyledbyPt, for a cosy, minimalist home
Styled by Priscilla Tan (@styledbypt) began as an initiative to style her own home and friends’ homes. Trained fashion designer, former art therapist, and jewelry designer, Priscilla now is one of the most sought-after home interior stylists in Singapore (when I enquired for our home, she had a waitlist of 6 months!). She believes that good design is not just about making things look nice, but also about telling a story and making a home truly unique. Above all, she has an eye for details, an artistic talent, and a minimalist aesthetic, which has led to a number of happy customers with beautiful homes. Hence, it’s not surprising that her Instagram handle has thousands of followers, as she constantly shares updates on ongoing renovation works, shopping hauls, and home transformations. How to finance your home renovation or styling?
The cost of hiring an interior stylist depends on their level of experience and the amount of work you require to be done, hence it is better to reach out to your desired interior stylist for a customised quote. Some interior stylists like Arete Culture also offer a consultation package to get started – their Design in a Day package costs $900.
If you also need to take up a loan to finance your home renovation or styling, do note that renovation loans often do not give you the cash upfront. So, you may not be able to use it for shopping, depending on whether your interior designer or stylist includes it in their quotation. In that case, you might also wish to consider a personal loan instead. Personal loans also have slightly higher interest rates than renovation loans, but you get the cash flexibility. Our friends at Singsaver have compiled the best personal loans for you to check out.
When shopping for your home, do keep in mind to prioritize and focus on the essentials first. Leave the ‘nice-to-haves’ for later, for it’s best to not spend beyond your means. When buying your lights, we also suggest using credit cards that give you rebates, so you get extra savings. Every little bit of savings can go a long way!
We hope our list of top interior stylists in Singapore has helped you! Do share it with your friends who need it too! Stay tuned for more guides, and in the meantime, do check out our other guides below.
